3. Refunds

• Refunds are not permitted for purchases of the "Nick Invests (Trade Sniper)" indicator. All sales are final.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the indicator's features, specifications, and suitability for their trading strategy before making a purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

• The "Nick Invests (Trade Sniper)" indicator and all associated content, including but not limited to code, graphics, and documentation, are the intellectual property of The Dessin Organizaion or www.tradesniper.pro

5. Technical Support

• www.tradesniper.pro will provide reasonable technical support to assist with the installation and use of the indicator.
